Xiaomi Mi Sports Bluetooth in-ear headphones launched in China

Xiaomi has launched its Mi Sports Bluetooth in-ear headset in China. Priced at CNY 149 (roughly Rs 9,900), the accessory will go on sale starting November 11. The company has not yet revealed the device's India pricing and availability.





Listed on the company's website, the Mi Sports Bluetooth headphones sport a loop design to hold them on to the earlobes. Both of them are connected with a small wire. In addition, the in-ear headphones are also IPx4 certified, which makes them splash-resistant. The headsets can also be connected with two devices simultaneously.



It is backed by 110mAh battery and connects with smartphones or other source devices using Bluetooth v4.1. The Mi Sport Bluetooth headset is claimed to play for up to 7 hours. It is also rated to deliver up to 11 days of standby time. Furthermore, it has the ability to fast charge for 10 minutes to deliver around one hour of music playback.


The accessory features automatic noise reduction technology and HD voice call support. The headsets also have volume controllers and LED indicator.


As for the build, the Xiaomi Mi Sport Bluetooth in-ear headset is made of anodized aluminium with scratch-resistant coating. It comes with five silicone ear caps for different sizes. Weighing 17.8 gram, the Bluetooth headphones come in black and white colour variants.



Xiaomi recently launched its Mi Air Purifier Pro in China. The device is said to be a successor to Mi Air Purifier 2 launched last year. This is the third generation of air purifier from Xiaomi and is priced at CNY 1,499. The device comes with an OLED screen, which displays accurate real-time air quality and working conditions. It also adjusts its brightness automatically, especially during the daytime.
